Pleasant stay, as always. Lovely modern accommodation with peaceful setting really close to the nearest urban metro station. Quiet atmosphere within the hotel, very helpful stuff.

I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights and I'm really glad I chose this hotel. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the nearest metro stop, making it easy to get around. It was also very convenient to access buses and was close to the subway, with Bergamo and Lago di Garda within easy reach.

Morning meal food was excellent! Can't beat the location, just walking distance from a subway station.

Wifi connection was not really useable in terms of speed ( skype etc ) and didn't work at all in our room. Had to get a ticket with passwords every day for all devices connecting to the internet. Didn't realise that we could have tea and coffee making facilities in the room... This was not obviously advertised and we would have used this for sure if we had known. There are currently major roadworks outside the hotel. This plays havoc with the gps and it's very confusing.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly, and even when we had our flight cancelled, they managed to book us a room at short notice. Breakfast was perfect, and the meal in the evening was delicious.

The location is very convenient in the city center.

The hotel was not in a nice area, it was a 30+ minute walk to the station through an area which you would not want to be after dark.

The free shuttle bus was clutch, taking us to cool places like QC Termemilano and Casa Milan. The staff hooked it up with free Wi-Fi and a dope restaurant with good grub. The artwork in the hotel was trippy and we even found a sicken exhibit at the nearby vulcan shop centre. a sick place to chill with the crew.

Yo, the only thing we would've asked for is more turnt up nightlife nearby. It was a bit quiet in the area for us young party-goers.

Location was good,close to motorway,private parking great for people with more expensive cars.Rooms were very clean and stylish,couldnt ask for more!
